INSIGHTS INTO THE FUTURE 🌿

  • MOUTH OF THE HORSE 🐴 (Free Download : Leadership Super eBook)

“So King Solomon was richer and wiser than any other king in all the earth. Kings from every nation came to visit him and to hear the wisdom God had put into his heart.”

    2 Chronicles 9:22-23

    Jack Ma Yun

    ( 1964 – )

He is a Chinese business magnate, investor and philanthropist. He is the co-founder and former executive chairman of Alibaba Group, a multinational technology conglomerate. In addition, he co-founded Yunfeng Capital, a Chinese private equity firm. Ma is a strong proponent of an open and market-driven economy. (Wikipedia)

    🍏

    ADVICES FROM JACK MA

What should employers have more than their employees?

    #PERSPECTIVE: Look farther than them.

#CAPACITY: A leader's capacity is deepened through experiencing being at a disadvantage, and being able to tolerate the intolerable.

#STRENGTH: Possess greater strength to resist failure.

A good leader is one who has perspective, capacity, and strength.

    Four Things Youths Must Consider:

    1. What is failure? Quitting is the biggest failure.

    2. What is strength?
You will find out once you experience challenges, injustice, and resentment.

    3. What is your responsibility?
To be more diligent than others, to work harder than others, to be more ambitious than others. This is your responsibility.

    4. Fools speak with their mouths, the intelligent with their heads, and the wise with their hearts.

DON’T LET COMPLAINING BECOME A HABIT

    1. Human beings are the most desperate animals. Compared to beasts, humans are physically weak. Compared to dogs, humans are olfactorily weak. Yet humans are extremely advanced when it comes to complaining.

    2. I am grateful to this era of change, and also to the countless people who complain, because the time they used to complain become your opportunities. Only in a time of change do individuals become aware of what they should want and what they should give up.

    3. It is harmless to complain occasionally, but when it becomes a habit, it is like drinking from the sea: the more you drink, the thirstier you get.

    4. In the end, you will realize that successful people are all "fools" who chose not to complain.

    5. The world will not remember what you said, but will definitely remember what you did!

    On Starting A Business

    1. It is difficult to offer a clear explanation of a good idea. What can be clearly explained is usually not a good idea!

    2. To start a business, find the right people not necessarily those who are the most successful.

    3. The most unreliable things in this world are connections.

    4. "Freebies" are the most expensive things in the world.

    5. Today is very cruel. Tomorrow is even crueler, but the day after tomorrow will be beautiful. Yet most people die on tomorrow night; only the true heros can see the sunrise on the day after tomorrow.

  • STREET DANCING TO WORSHIP THE LORD

    May 22nd, 2022

Now King David (of the bible) brings the Ark of the Lord to his new capital. The occasion is marked with all the exuberance of Jewish worship. Even the King dances for joy.

    PROLOGUE

THIS IS THE DAY THAT THE LORD HAS MADE – Wedding Song

This is the day that the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad.

And David (the second ruler of the united kingdom of Israel and Judah, and is an important figure in Judaism, Christianity, and Islam) danced before the Lord with all his might and was wearing the Ark placed inside the tent that David had prepared for it. And he sacrificed burnt offerings and peace offerings to the Lord. Then he blessed the people in the name of the Lord of heaven and gave a present (giving) to everyone - men and women alike - of a loaf of bread, some wine, and a cake of raisins. When it was all over, and everyone had gone home, David returned to bless his family.

But Michal (David's  first wife and the younger daughter of King Saul) came out to meet him and exclaimed in disgust, "How glorious the King of Israel looked today! He exposed himself to the girls along the street like a common pervert!"

David retorted, "I was dancing before the Lord who chose me above your father and his family and who appointed me as leader of Israel, the people of the Lord!

So I am willing to act like a fool in order to show my joy in the Lord. Yes, and I am willing to look even more foolish than this, but I will be respected by the girls of whom you spoke!"

💡So Michal was childless throughout her life.

  • OBEDIENCE

    May 6th, 2022

Honor your father and your mother. This is the first of God’s Ten Commandments that ends with a promise.

And this is the promise: that if you honor your father and mother, yours will be a long life, full of blessing.

    The Book of Ephesians 6:2-3

    Teach Your Children ¦ CSNY

Hello friends, this is the day that the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad.

Attached herewith is a file, "Behavioral Study of Obedience" for your perusal. If you're interested, it's FREE and ready for download. Thank you for connecting. Cheers!

These are the blessings that will come upon you :

” If you fully obey all of these Commandments of the Lord your God, the laws I am declaring to you today, God will transform you into the greatest nation in the world.”

    🍏BLESSINGS IN THE CITY;
🍏BLESSINGS IN THE FIELD; MANY CHILDREN,
    ABUNDANT CROPS,
    LARGE FLOCKS AND HERDS;
    🍏BLESSINGS OF FRUIT AND BREAD;
    🍏BLESSINGS WHEN YOU COME IN,
    🍏BLESSINGS WHEN YOU GO OUT.

The Lord will defeat your enemies before you; they will march out together against you but scatter before you in seven directions!

The Lord will bless you with good crops and healthy cattle, and prosper everything you do…

    He will change you into a holy people dedicated to himself;

All the nations in the world shall see that you belong to the Lord, and they will stand in awe.

The Lord will give you an abundance of good things in the land, just as he promised: many children, many cattle, and abundant crops.

He will open to you his wonderful treasury of rain in the heavens, to give you fine crops every season.

He will bless everything you do; and you shall lend to many nations, but shall not borrow from them.

He will make you the head and not the tail, and you shall always have the upper hand.

But each of these blessings depends on your not turning aside in any way from the laws I have given you; and you must never worship other gods. “

  • A PIECE OF PAPER

    April 30th, 2022

“A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children.” – Proverbs 13:22 (NKJV)

This verse keeps our life goals, our vision and our legacy front and center when we’re choosing how to use our money today.

The message of ‘A Piece of Paper’ is love of the family. No individual is more important than a family.

    An expression of love

    is a G-I-F-T.

    To love G-od above all,

    to love yourself / – I,

    to love F-amily, and

    to T-reasure the beauty

    of a purpose given life.

    🍏

Hello friends, today I stand as your career life insurance agent @ PRU LIFE U. K. and I’m happy to share with you an idea which some of us aren’t aware of – the importance of owning a life insurance policy.

WHAT IF the head of the family is no longer in the picture?

WHAT IF the head of the family, the bread winner, will go away and don’t come back anymore?

In these sad scenarios, your life insurance policy will take over the responsibilities. A policy or “a piece of paper” stating credible provisions to support the living dependents who are left behind will continue to live.

WHAT IS A LIFE INSURANCE? Life insurance can be defined as a contract between an insurance policy holder and an insurance company, where the insurer promises to pay a sum of money in exchange for a premium, upon the death of an insured person or after a set period.

WHAT DOES LIFE INSURANCE POLICY DO? Life insurance provides a death benefit to your selected beneficiaries after your death. A death benefit can help reduce the financial burden associated with settling your affairs, including funeral costs, debt settlements and your estate.

LOOK! My motivation to believe a promise of provision came when I joined in one of the world’s largest life insurance company, PRU LIFE U. K. headquartered in the UK as career insurance agent. And upon reading an inspiring story published by Ann Landers, an American advice columnist and eventually a nationwide media celebrity. She began writing the “Ask Ann Landers” column in 1955 and continued for 47 years, by which time its readership was 90 million people.

Here’s one write-ups of her column – The Widow’s Letter.

    The Widow’s Letter

    Dear Ann Landers,

Last year at this time I was a secure, happy wife and mother. Today, I sit here wondering if I can get together the money to pay my utility bills before they shut off the electricity and gas. The grocer has been wonderful about credit. He knows I must feed myself and the five-year-old twins.

Fourteen months ago, I received a phone call from a hospital across town. My husband suffered a heart attack while driving home. By the time I reached the hospital, he was gone. I couldn’t believe it. The man had never had a sick day.

The ironic part of this story is that less than one month before he died, I asked him to buy some life insurance. He refused, saying the smart thing to do is to keep his money in a savings account where he will produce interest. When he died, the bank gave me the $2,200 he had in his savings account. If he had bought the life insurance policy, I would have received $50,000.

I loved my husband dearly, but I can’t help feeling resentful. After all, the children and I were his responsibility. He should have looked out for us. I hope you will print this letter. Maybe somebody will learn from it. – His widow.

DEAR WIDOW: Your husband made a mistake, which unfortunately you and the children are paying for. Put aside your resentment and accept the fact that he was not inconsiderate. He was ignorant.

THROWBACK 25 YEARS AGO: The most challenging career that I ever had was being a life insurance agent in 1997, being a fresher in the industry and one of the pioneers of the newly opened Iloilo Branch, Philippines. During this time we made popular the company’s marketing drive – – as follows:

” There were 292 passengers who died during the Titanic tragic incident in April 14, 1912 were covered with a life insurance and claims had been paid. ”

Yet, the movie ” Titanic” was a nationwide blockbuster when we set our campaign in motion.

It was truly a great and rewarding opportunity that multiplied my income and happiness. Who would have really needed money? I won’t forget it.

I learned the importance of the word – WHY, that I used to answer everytime my client offered me objections. The issue here is to encourage the prospect to talk. As soon as a man gives you reasons why he won’t buy life insurance, and you try to argue, you are not going to sell him.

If you just get him to keep on talking, he will help you sell him. Why? Because he will pick out the most important thing he needs, and stick to it. Usually, that’s the true one.

  • LIVE YOUR DREAM

    April 26th, 2022

    “All our dreams can

    come true if we have

    the courage

    to pursue them.”

    – Walt Disney

During the later months of 2019, my daughter Regine approached me to inform of her decision to put up a Tea Shop.

“That’s a good idea. Athough at this time tea business is getting crowded and flourishing, what does it take to get a decent tea preparations ’round here?”, I asked.

“It’s one of my dreams to join in local food and beverage industry. Hopefully my creativity and dedication would someday position my business to be the first line of choice”, she answered with confidence, however, in a low profile pose.

I was just going to give my blessings about her plan, when suddenly she embraced me, which I would not have expected of her. I felt joy inside me, moved and said, “Live your dream.”

The business was set up in a short span of time, named Z Cafe in Iloilo with basically structured vision and mission to guide the activities.

The only thing I can say about Z Cafe’s tea in Iloilo is that it tastes subtly terrific. And I am the first person in the world who can encourage the public to try the smack of ZCafe and visit the shop which is a local place for nice people around.

In the early 2020, the business was about to start in full swing when Covid-19 pandemic had instantaneously on its height. Lockdowns of most areas were implemented.

Everybody knew the consequences brought by the pandemic in many businesses, employment, and one’s dream. Many looked at the situation in “lights off.”

It was summer and cold teas became on demand. The marketing campaign was digitally shifted along with the rise of many delivery riders to mention some such as ‘food panda’ and ‘grab food’.

The business was moving as expected to zoom up. However, the operation continued in depth status quo from then on until the end of 2021.

In the month of April 2022, my daughter Regine notified the whole family of the news – Z Cafe became a recipient of “Sterling Excellence Award” as Most Outstanding Bubble Tea Shop in Iloilo.

” Thank you, Lord! All our efforts, struggles, and hardwork were paid off”, she reacted joyfully. 🏛️

“Do you see a man skillful in his work? He will stand before kings; he will not stand before obscure men.”

    The Book of Proverbs 22:29

    WHAT IS EXCELLENCE?

Excellence is a talent or quality which is unusually good and so surpasses ordinary standards. It is also used as a standard of performance as measured.

In modern public relations and marketing “Excellence” is frequently criticized as a buzzword that tries to convey a good impression often without imparting any concrete information.

PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT. Study have shown that the most important way to achieve excellent performance in fields such as sport, music, professions and scholarships is to PRACTICE. Achievement of excellence in such fields commonly requires approximately 10 years of dedication, comprising about 10,000 hours of efforts.

And let us not get tired of doing what is right, for after a while we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t get discouraged and give up.

    – Galatians 6:9

Member of AMA GROUP OF COMPANIES

Hello, today is the day that the Lord has made. Let’s rejoice and be glad.

My best friend told me a story to tell – The Parable of the Unjust Judge or The Parable of Persistent Widow and here it goes…

    🍏

The Parable of Unjust Judge or Persistent Widow demonstrates the need to always pray like that persistent widow, for if even an unjust judge will eventually listen, God is much quicker to do so.

God expects us to keep on asking, seeking, knocking, and praying until the answers come.

Here is a sequence on how to pray. PRAY stands for:

    P – praising, R – repent, A – ask, Y – yield.

    🍏

" There was a city judge", he said, "a very godless man who had great contempt for everyone. A widow of that city came to him frequently to appeal for justice against a man who had harmed her. The judge ignored her for a while, but eventually she got on his nerves."

"I fear neither God nor man," the judge said to himself, "but this woman bothers me. I'm going to see that she gets justice, for she is wearing me out with her constant coming!"

Then the Lord said, " If even an evil judge can be worn down like that, don't you think that God will surely give justice to his people who plead with him day and night? Yes! He will answer them quickly!"

But the question is:" When I, the Messiah, return, how many will I find who have faith and are praying? "

  • THE HUMMINGBIRD

    April 6th, 2022

    DID YOU KNOW?

THE HUMMINGBIRD is a tiny, unique and fascinating bird with long beaks and fast-moving wings. Nectar feeders. She has the knack to fly straight backwards, and then up.

    🏰

    SUNDOWN

Hummingbird has the amazing  ability “to fly backwards and then up”. Only God knows how hummingbird do it. Indeed, a winsome avian.

The hummingbird serves as inspiration to man. To get more nectar as foods, she needs to execute hardship by moving the wings fast to succeed.

Similarly, each one of us has unique abilities granted from heaven. If one could only discover this hidden ability, one would be able to design his own dream life into the future and can give color to his world.

Every man is the architect of his own future. Be good. Be the best. But those who don’t look forward has no future at all.

The amazing man is a special creature formed out of dust in the likeness and image of God. Granted with abilities to explore the world. These are like  pearls that are hidden in the ocean depths or like the orchids that are hidden in secluded valley. When found, a man can master himself to construct ideal self-image to change the world to make it beautiful.

Using this God given ability, a man will speak kind and gentle words, not to show off, but to inspire others. Also a man will work not for personal investment, but to benefit others.

💡Success is around the corner, but one needs to sacrifice and be dedicated in order to gain.

    Dig it!

    AMAZING FACTS

🍏EXTREME VISION. This tiny bird has four types of cone in their eyes allowing them to see nonspectral colors - the colors invisible to the human eye (humans only have three types. ) They can see colors like UV+red, UV+green, and UV +purple and they can see colors completely unknown to the human eye.

🍏LIGHTNING FAST. They fly faster than a car and they don’t slow down, powered by their fat stores and a little help from the wind.

🍏CHARM. Hummingbirds migrate in groups. While most birds flying in groups are referred to as a flock, if you see more than one hummingbird, they're travelling in a "charm."

🍏VISIBLE OFTEN IN SUMMER. Summer is the season to catch a glimpse of them. They travel crazy lengths to migrate, capable of flying more than 1,200 miles without a break.

🍏FOUND IN THE AMERICAS. They are found as far north as Canada, and as far south as 16,000 feet in the Andes of South America.

🍏LIFESPAN. Hummingbirds don't have a huge lifespan, they live for 3-5 years, but the record holder for the oldest hummingbird in Colorado to ever live is 12 years.

    MYTH

🍏Legends say that hummingbirds float free of time, carrying our hopes for love, joy and celebration.

🍏Hummingbirds open our eyes to the wonder of the world and to inspire us to open our hearts to loved ones and friends.

🍏The hummingbird's delicate grace reminds us that life is rich, beauty is everywhere, every personal connection has meaning and that laughter is life's sweetest creation.

🍏Like a hummingbird, we aspire to hover and to savor each moment as it passes, embrace all that life has to offer and to celebrate the joy of everyday.

    🏝️

Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! It is amazing to think about. Your workmanship is marvelous – and how well I know it.

  • PREPARE YOUR HEART 💕

    April 1st, 2022

The main message of the Parable of the Sower is Spiritual Growth.

A man went out to sow grain.

The man represents God and the seed is his message.

Just as a planted seed starts to grow, the word of God starts to deepen and grow within a person.

    Did you know?

Data shows, out of the four grounds (hearts of men) mentioned in the parable, only one fourth grew and enjoyed life in full.

My best friend told me a story to share – The Parable of the Sower.

    THE PARABLE OF THE SOWER

” A FARMER was sowing grain in his fields. As he scattered the seed across the ground, some fell beside a path, and the birds came and ate it.

AND SOME fell on rocky soil where there was little depth of earth; the plant sprang up quickly enough in the shallow soil, but the hot sun soon scorched them and they withered and died, for they had so little root.

OTHER SEEDS fell among thorns, and the thorns choked out the tender blades.

BUT SOME fell on good soil and produced a crop that was thirty, sixty, and even a hundred times as much as he had planted. If you have ears, listen!

MANY A PROPHET AND GODLY MAN HAS LONGED TO SEE WHAT YOU HAVE SEEN AND HEAR WHAT YOU HAVE HEARD, BUT COULDN’T.

NOW HERE is the explanation of the story I told about the farmer planting grain:

🌴The hard path where some of the seeds fell represents the heart of a person who hears the Good News about the Kingdom and doesn’t understand it; then Satan comes and snatches away the seeds from his heart.

🌴The shallow , rocky soil represents the heart of a man who hears the message and receives it with real joy, but he doesn’t have much depth in his life, and the seeds don’t root very deeply, and after a while when trouble comes, or persecution begins because of his beliefs, his enthusiasm fades, and he drops out.

🌴The ground covered with thistles represents a man who hears the message, but the cares of this life and his longing for money choke out God’s Word, and he does less and less for God.

🌴The good ground represents the heart of a man who listens to the message and understands it and goes out and brings thirty, sixty, or even a hundred others into the Kingdom. “

FOR TO HIM WHO HAS WILL MORE BE GIVEN, AND HE WILL HAVE GREAT PLENTY; BUT FROM HIM WHO HAS NOT, EVEN THE LITTLE HE HAS WILL BE TAKEN AWAY.

That is why I use these illustrations, he said, so people will hear and see but not understand.”

    * The Parable of the Sower (Matthew 13)

    IMPOSSIBLE DREAM | JOSH GRUBAN

In 1969, when man landed on the moon ’twas a magnificent and historic event proclaiming the message that dreaming big is possible. If we dream, why not dare to dream big as big as the ocean? It’s free, anyway.

If you dream big, you’re like water that take any sizes of a container. In a big container of possibilities you will become big too. If you believe so, well you can do. Your faith will bring you there to a desired wishes you would have. It’s never too late to win. It’s a big deal for you. Remember, no effort goes in vain!

Follow your dreams. Get inspired everyday.

    Yeah, have a cheerful heart.

    Yohoo!

☑️IF you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,

    ☑️IF you can trust yourself when all men doubt you, But make allowance for their doubting too;

☑️IF you can wait and not be tired by waiting, Or being lied about, don’t deal in lies, Or being hated, don’t give way to hating, And yet don’t look too good, nor talk too wise:

    ☑️IF you can dream – and not make dreams your master;
    ☑️IF you can think – and not make thoughts your aim;
    ☑️If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster. And treat those two impostors just the same pitch-and-toss, And lose, and start again at your beginnings And never breathe a word about your loss;
☑️IF you can force your heart and nerve and sinew, To serve your turn long after they are gone, And so hold on when there is nothing in you Except the Will which says to them: ‘Hold on!’
☑️IF you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue, Or walk with Kings – nor lose the common touch,
☑️IF neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,
    ☑️IF all men count with you, But none too much;
☑️IF you can fill the unforgiving minute With sixty seconds’ worth of distant run,

Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it, And – which is more – you’ll be a Man, my son!

    *** I F – Rudyard Kipling

‘IF’ is  a poem written circa 1895 by English Nobel laureate Rudyard Kipling (1865-1936). The message is about a paternal advice to a son to become a complete man.

  • FISH, CUCUMBER, MELON, LEEK, ONION, & GARLIC

    March 30th, 2022

AT THAT TIME in the desert, people were losing strength because the food they ate were not enough to energize the body. Always hungry.

THEY STARTED wailing and said, “If only we had meat to eat!

    Meat

“WE REMEMBER the fish we ate in Egypt at no cost – also the CUCUMBERS, MELONS, LEEK, ONIONS, and GARLIC. But now we have lost our strength.”

    FISH, LEEK, AND ONIONS
    LEEK AND GARLIC
    GARLIC, ONIONS, AND LEEK
    CUCUMBER AND MELONS

Then they craved for food. They asked the Lord for meat. And the Lord gave them meat in the form of Quail.

💡THEY HAD ALL enough they need all day long. But while the meat was still between their teeth and before it could be consumed, the anger of the Lord burned against the people, and He struck them with severe plague. Simply because they had craved other food.

  • THE ART OF WAR: A REVIEW

    March 29th, 2022

People fail because they have only five minutes of enthusiasm.

People succeed because they persevere, even though the last five minutes.

    (Humble Table, Wise Fare)

    WIND OF CHANGE | SCORPION

This work, the Art of War, considered to be the Oldiest Military Treaties in the world is popularly used by many strategists, leaders & managers in military, business, politics, or in other disciplines requiring general management system.

It was written by Sun Tzu, a Chinese general, military strategist, writer, and philosopher who lived in the Eastern Zhou period of ancient China (Wikipedia).

The Art of War is an influential work of military strategy that has affected both Western and East Asian philosophy and military thinking.

“Art of War” phrase meant the strategy, tactics, and techniques of combat. As one component of the art of war, tactics are but part of the whole. The complex, costly, and messy business of war must be seen in the round.

Here are selections from the Art of War book.

ATTACK BY STRATEGY: If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.

WEAK POINTS & STRONG: Military tactics are like unto water; for water in its natural course runs away from high places and hastens downwards. So in war, the way is to avoid what is strong and to strike at what is weak. Water shapes its course according to the nature of the ground over which it flows; the soldier works out his victory in relation to the foe whom he is facing. Therefore, just as water retains no constant shape, so in warfare there are no constant conditions. He who can modify his tactics in relation to his opponent and thereby succeed in winning, may be called a heaven-born captain.

    MAIN POINTS

    * “According as circumstances are favorable, one should modify one’s plans.”

    * “All warfare is based on deception…”

    * “Appear weak when you are strong, and strong when you are weak.”

    * “If he is superior in strength, evade him.”

    * “Attack him when he is unprepared.”

  • THE TEN BRIDESMAIDS

    March 26th, 2022

    READINESS

” Complete your outdoor tasks, and arrange your work in the field; afterward you can build your house.”

    Proverbs 24:27

Thank you Lord for this beautiful morning.

How are you guys? Greater things are on their way. Keep the faith.

Did you know? The message of this parable, The Ten Bridesmaids, shows only 50% among us, are ready to perform the task whatever it is.

My Best Friend told me a story to share with you today. Here it goes…

The Kingdom of Heaven can be illustrated by the story of ten bridesmaids who took their lamps and went to meet the bridegroom. But only five of them were wise enough to fill their lamps with oil, while the other five were foolish and forgot.

So, when the bridegroom was delayed, they lay down to rest until midnight, when they were roused by the shout, ‘ The bridegroom is coming! Come out and welcome him! ‘

All the girls jumped up and trimmed their lamps. Then the five who hadn’t any oil begged the others to share with them, for their lamps were going out.

But the others replied, “We haven’t enough. Go instead to the shops and buy some for yourselves.”

But while they were gone, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the marriage feast, and the door was locked.

Later, when the other five returned, they stood outside, calling, ‘ Sir, open the door for us!’

But he called back, ‘ Go away! It is too late!’

So stay awake and be prepared, for you do not know the date or moment of my return.

    * The Parable of the Ten Bridesmaids (Matthew 25:1-13)

Note: You’re friend here is a Roman Catholic by faith.
