“I WILL GREET THIS DAY WITH LOVE IN MY HEART.”

This is a true story write-up. The actual scenario transpired during my first job interview that opens my career journey into the future.

🌿When I woke up this morning, my mind flashed back on college days. In my course curriculum, a Social Political Thought, though interesting, I didn’t like it most. But honestly I learned, struggled and hardly came to an end.

I discovered how the 13th century philosophers like Rene Descartes, Emmanuel Kant, Thomas Hobbes, and St. Augustine discussed and popularized the meaning of ‘love‘.

During the initial job interview, I was young and fresh then at a multi-national pharmaceutical company, the control panel asked  me what to talk about. I replied with a soft smile and said, “I wanna talk about love.”

The grapple started with all eagerness and enthusiasm. All the time in the world was bequeathed upon me to show my knowledge of the subject.

I presented my piece in confidence, with feelings, and passion to impress. In eye to eye contact and belly to belly set up, I saw how attentive they were to my impromptu, having the smiles while listening to my eyes. Obviously, a street boy looking for a job had just delivered entertainment to their expectations. My heartfelt conveyance was driven smoothly with some fresh points sealed from four walls of the academe.

Being weird, as it seems, in thought patterns and provoking ideas that I had, I was hired as Pharmaceutical Service Representative (PSR) . It was my first career job launch, specifically in sales at age 22.

Two decade past, I encountered what true l o v e ❤️ means, and here it is 👇

LOVE is very patient and kind, never jealous or envious, never boastful or proud, never haughty or selfish or rude. Love does not demand its own way. It is not irritable or touchy. It does not hold grudges and will hardly even notice when others do it wrong. It is never glad about injustice, but rejoices whenever truth wins out.

IF you love someone, you will be loyal to him no matter what the cost. You will always believe in him, always expect the best of him, and always stand your ground in defending him.

Yes, love is so wonderful that it is hard to define. But it is easier to tell how one acts moving in love.

Let’s be of the opinion, love never fails. It will never cease to exist. New knowledge and understanding may correct things we once believed but love is not up in the air.

Love is a true gift of heaven. Hold on to your heart with truth. 🍏
